Job Expectations:

  • Assist with daily tasks including product stocking, maintaining an organized sales floor, and handling transactions at the register. You’ll also help with managing inventory and creating visually appealing displays.
  • You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our products, from premium boots to our extensive range of repair services. This allows you to confidently advise customers and make personalized recommendations.
  • Building strong relationships with customers is at the heart of what we do. You'll be expected to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Working in retail can be physically demanding at times. You may be on your feet for long periods and assist with lifting heavier items during inventory restocking.
