Bighorn Boots and Work Warehouse Return Policy
At Bighorn Boots and Work Warehouse, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Process for Returns

2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at customersupport@bhboot.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@bhboot.com.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
